Real estate investment is an increasingly popular way for individuals to achieve financial security. It is an exciting and emotional experience, but often complicated. While there are plenty of blogs and agencies providing information, often, buyers new to the market may struggle to get started without professional guidance and waste time viewing properties out of their range. This web app will provide them with the expertise needed to get started efficiently.
USER FLOW
After several interviews with potential users, I created a user flow based on their needs. It was important to keep the filters and menu options simple yet precise. I wanted to focus on a flow that included the right options for existing and future home owners.
STYLE GUIDE
Clear and easy to read font was chosen to get the proper content across. The color selections were also selected carefully. I decided to lean towards hues that expressed warmth and were easily approachable.
